I've been reading more about Agile recently, and one question keeps coming up: what is Agile Manifesto, and why do so many software teams still follow it after all these years?

From what I've learned, the Agile Manifesto isn't a project management methodology itself. Instead, it provides a set of values and Agile Manifesto principles that encourage teams to focus on collaboration, customer feedback, working software, and the ability to adapt when requirements change. That mindset seems especially valuable today, where products evolve quickly and customer expectations can shift during development.

I also found that understanding Agile values and principles makes it easier to see why frameworks like Scrum and Kanban are so widely used. Practices such as sprint planning, maintaining a product backlog, iterative development, and continuous improvement all align with the ideas introduced by the Agile Manifesto.

One thing I found interesting is that Agile doesn't eliminate planning or documentation, as some people assume. Instead, it encourages teams to create documentation that adds value and to continuously adjust plans based on feedback and real project progress.

Another topic I came across is the growing use of AI in Agile project management.
