I’m researching an OSHA 10 course for someone who is new to the construction industry and would like to hear from people with experience.

What topics did you find most useful during the training? Did the course help you ***ter understand workplace hazards, PPE, fall protection, electrical safety, and other basic safety practices?

I’d also appreciate any tips on what to look for when choosing an OSHA 10 course and whether online training was convenient for you.
